Pat and Christian founded Meta5 after finding common ground in their frustration with how the traditional model, where agents represent the landlords, rarely serve the best interests of tenants.

 

Often businesses seek advice from a tenant advisor negotiating on their behalf, as it will level playing field when negotiating with landlords and their agents.

 

However, traditional tenant advisors often rely on high-level briefings, and the space demand is often based on simple benchmark assumptions. The lack of a thorough briefing and engagement process, leads to less-than-perfect solutions. It can mean the tenant ends up paying for space they don’t need, trying to fit into unsuitable spaces with no future-proofing strategy in place.
